Brandt Geese Festival

The herring are here and that means the Brandt geese are in the hood! Along with many other birds feasting on the abundance of herring such as Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, seagulls and Mallard Ducks. The birds can be seen in flocks across the sky!

I sat in my Lazy Days Living Room looking up at the Eagle Tree and saw 2 eagles. One a top the Eagle Tree looking like he was on guard. The 2nd eagle was on the 2nd branch from the bottom; after he sailed in with a duck in his talons. Te eagle sat on the duck and then proceeded to pluck the feathers. Every time I have been to my Lazy Days RV I have seen the eagles roost on their only EAGLE TREE on the Surfside property. Eagles fly around rampant and it is a beautiful site, EVERY TIME!
